Tim has been named as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Illinois. Tim was also selected by Martindale-Hubbell, the top legal publication which rates lawyers’ skills, for the highest ranking for legal ability and success.
Brian C. Thomas
Brian joined Whiting Law Group in August 2010 as a partner. Prior to joining Whiting Law Group, Brian was an associate at Faklis & Tallis where he was responsible for over $20 million of jury verdicts, settlements, and awards for his clients.
Rachael G. Levy
Rachael joined Whiting Law Group as an associate in July 2009. She comes to the firm after working for Hannafan & Hannafan as well as The Law Group where she worked on cases involving class action and multi-district litigation.
Brian J. Spencer
Whiting Law Group was proud to announce the addition of Brian J. Spencer as an associate in August 2009. In his first year, Brian settled more than 20 cases for over $750,000.00.
