David R. Kleiman

Of Counsel

David R. Kleiman joined the Whiting Law Group as an Of Counsel attorney in 2007. David attained his undergraduate degree in 2001 from Florida State University. David then attended The John Marshall Law School, Chicago’s premier litigation law school, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2004.

While attending The John Marshall Law School, David clerked for the Whiting Law Group and was a 7-11 Law Clerk at the Cook County Public Defenders Office. As a clerk at the Whiting Law Group, David assisted on several high profile lawsuits which led to large settlements. While clerking at the Public Defenders Office, David conducted, under supervision, several bench trials involving misdemeanor and felony cases and participated in appellate hearings in the Post-Conviction unit.

After graduation from law school in 2004, David worked in the legal department for a major corporation based out of Deerfield, Illinois. David was responsible for reviewing Court documents related to an array of civil litigation matters.

In 2007, David re-joined Whiting Law Group and is responsible for the firm’s clients in personal injury matters. Since joining the firm David has won several arbitrations and has succeeded in recovering numerous impressive awards. David has demonstrated a relentless commitment to his clients, through his organized and detailed knowledge of each case and his proven track record of winning cases.
