Rachael G. Levy joined the Whiting Law Group as an associate in July 2009. During her first year of being an associate attorney, she obtained a victory in her first jury trial in Cook County, Illinois. Since joining the firm, Rachael has obtained over $800,000 for her clients. The Whiting Law Group is proud of Rachael’s accomplishments as it represents her and the firm’s relentless pursuit of holding those individuals and corporations to the highest level of responsibility for their negligent actions.

Rachael graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2007 where she excelled as a member of the highly acclaimed Chicago-Kent Trial Advocacy Team. At Chicago-Kent, she was awarded the prestigious Bar and Gavel Award, received the CALI Award of Excellence in Advanced Evidence from Judge Warren Wolfson and was awarded Best Advocate in Intensive Trial Advocacy. Her passion and talent for being a trial attorney was evident from her involvement with the Chicago-Kent Trial Advocacy Team, her classwork and her multiple awards for her excellence in trial advocacy.

Rachael came to the Whiting Law Group after working for Hannafan & Hannafan as well as The Law Group where she worked on cases involving class action and multi-district litigation. During law school, Rachael worked as a law clerk at the prestigious personal injury law firm of Hofeld and Schaffner and at the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian. At Hofeld and Schaffner, Rachael worked for clients who were injured or misdiagnosed by medical providers. At the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian, Rachael worked with attorneys to represent abused and neglected children in Cook County, advocating for the best interest of the children.

Prior to attending law school, Rachael graduated with a degree in political science and a minor in American history from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Rachael was born and raised in Houston, Texas.

Rachael has a relentless commitment to doing what is best for her clients and cherishes the privilege to serve and protect them as an attorney. She is on the Associate Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago as well as an active member in the JUF Young Leadership and Young Lawyers Divisions and in the Chicago Bar Association.
