In August of this year, Whiting Law Group filed suit on behalf of several clients in the Burr Oaks Cemetery tragedy. Acting on behalf of its plaintiffs, the firm has brought a number of cases against the owners and operators of the Burr Oaks Cemetery.
Whiting Law Group has taken steps to ensure that the Defendants are held accountable for their actions, having committed breach of contract, among other significant offenses.
Whiting Law Group is working hard to compensate the victims for the wrong suffered.
