Ashley M. Marcos
Focusing her law practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, and trucking litigation, Ashley M. Marcos joined Whiting Law Group in 2019.
A native of Kentucky, Ms. Marcos received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish from the University of Kentucky, graduating cum laude. Ashley went on to attend the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she focused her studies on championing the causes of those in need.
While in law school, Ms. Marcos assisted one of her law professors in writing an amicus curiae brief on The Alien Tort Act. She also interned with a number of state agencies including the Equal Opportunity Commission and the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic. After completing an international research project for the Honorable Manuela Fernandez Prado of the High Tribunal of Spain, Ms. Marcos joined a plaintiffs personal injury firm where she honed her litigation skills.
Ashley comes to Whiting Law Group with a proven track record of success in the courtroom, having represented hundreds of people injured in serious accidents. Ms. Marcos obtained numerous successful settlements and verdicts alongside leading Chicagoland attorneys, including:
$250,000 settlement for a client who suffered severe back injuries during a rear-end automobile collision;
$125,000 settlement for a client who developed a rare bowel disorder after a t-bone automobile collision;
$290,000 settlement for a client who suffered injuries after falling down an improperly lit stairwell;
