Whiting Law Group welcomes Attorney Sara M. Davis to the firm of Personal Injury Lawyers
Whiting Law Group is very pleased to welcome personal injury lawyer Sara M. Davis to the firm as an associate. In joining our team of leading personal injury attorneys, Ms. Davis brings a proven track record of success, hard work and great skill that will greatly benefit our clients. As a litigator, Sara M. Davis boasts an impressive resume for such a young attorney garnered over six years of experience.
The firm’s Founder and Managing Partner, Timothy M. Whiting, expressed his excitement at Sara’s arrival at the firm:
“I’m thrilled that we now have Sara as part of the team. Her trial experience, her knowledge of personal injury law and her deep commitment to her clients will prove hugely valuable to our efforts to achieve justice for the victims of wrongdoing whom we serve.”
Prior her arrival at Whiting Law Group, Sara practiced personal injury law with the firm of Ryan, Ryan & Landa. Sara served as defense counsel in civil tort cases. At home under the pressures of the courtroom, Ms. Davis won a number of jury and bench trials in which she was the lead counsel. Moreover, through her work, she has a deep understanding of the complex issues resulting from car crashes involving uninsured and under insured motor vehicles.
A graduate of Marquette University Law School, Ms. Davis distinguished herself by making Dean’s List and graduating the top one-third of her class in 2006. While in law school, she served on the Moot Court Executive Board and won the CALI Award for Trial Advocacy.
Committed to those less fortunate than herself, Sara has dedicated herself to assisting those in need. In law school, she volunteered at the Marquette Legal Clinic. In 2008, she was declared the Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year for Lake County, Illinois. Ms. Davis currently offers her legal skills and time with the Chicago Volunteer Lawyer Services.
In joining Whiting Law Group, Ms. Davis looks forward to defending the rights of the firm’s clients, and will work aggressively to deliver justice for them.
